Dallas Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving has publicly offered to cover the $11,941 NFL penalty given to Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair, who displayed "Hind Rajab" beneath his eyes during a game against the Buffalo Bills. Al-Shamair has previously used his eye black to draw attention to Palestinians before, and was fined last season for displaying "stop the genocide" during a wild-card victory against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
